How Fresta handles account details, connected services, source media and generated content.

Information you provide
When you request early access, contact us or create an account, Fresta may receive your email address, profile details and the messages you send.
Content and connected services
If you connect a video or social account, Fresta processes the footage, captions, channel settings and publishing details needed to provide the workflow you request. We use the permissions granted by each platform and do not sell your personal information.

Website feedback
If you submit a rating on the Fresta website, we store your star score, email address, optional comment, and the page you rated in the shared Pracandy feedback database so we can review it and follow up. Feedback emails are not used for marketing.
Analytics
The public Fresta website uses self-hosted Umami analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, referral sources and page usage. Google may receive technical information such as browser, device and approximate location data under its own terms. We do not use analytics data to sell personal profiles.
How information is used
We use information to run Fresta, generate and publish requested content, provide support, prevent abuse, measure reliability and improve the product.
Retention and control
We retain information only while it is needed for the service, legal obligations or security. You may disconnect linked services and request access, correction or deletion by emailing swotboysandy@gmail.com.
