Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

Using Fresta

You may use Fresta to analyse footage, create short-form videos and manage publishing workflows. You must use the service lawfully and keep your account and connected-service credentials secure.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant Fresta the limited permission needed to process, transform, store and publish that content according to your instructions. You must have the rights and permissions required for every upload, voice, image, track and account you connect.

Generated output

You are responsible for reviewing titles, captions, edits and other generated output before publication. Automated systems can make mistakes, and platform rules may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fresta to infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material, evade platform safeguards or disrupt the service.

Availability

Fresta is provided as available. Features and integrations may change as the product develops. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
